Send SSI Folks and Visitors a Seasonal Greeting.... and have a Seasons Greeting party...

Hi all - We have wonderful opportunity to send SSI folk and visitors a Photographic Seasonal Greeting from the SSI Photography Club... 

I would like to collect an array of framed photographs... any size, any content, any frame (the more decorative the better) that you like...  Please let me know if you are interested and would like to participate ( mcbenmore@saltspringcom )  --- so that I will have some idea of the # of images we are working with and whether or not I will have to puff it up with my own or rustled images...  I really would like contributions from as many of you as possible so that it is really a Club Greeting...  I'm sure Jen won't mind getting a few more hanging thingies.... 

The show will be hung at Fernwood Cafe Dec 12 and hang over the holidays until 5 pm Jan 16... The last two weeks of the show the cafe will be closed (Jen and Dave take their well earned holiday then...) so, you can peek at it through the window and we will get them when they return... 

We want Bold, Bright, Festive, Quiet, Contemplative..  or anything else that sends Your Greetings to all...  generally capturing the feeling of the season, any faith, any culture... the more and the more inclusive the better... It is a season of peace and harmony, caring and softness... and it is Festive...  

Write your greeting to all on an old beloved greeting card... it will send more calm out into the world.... Wow this is getting scarily SSI'ish... sorry sometimes it just takes over...  Just do it SSIy, okay --- any darn way You want to send good vibes to all... 

Join the fun... I will act as the collection point and would like all framed work at my house by the latest noon Saturday  Dec. 12... If someone would like to help me handle and hang them that would be wonderful...  

Then let's get together to toast each other with seasonal beverage at Fernwood....  Sunday Dec.13....   3pm... Fernwood Cafe...
