DGVM Deli SHow for July.

Chris Dixon has signed on to provide one image for the July GVM Deli show and we need and we need at lest five more - we have been hanging eight medium sized images - so please let me know in the next few days.

Hi -- I thought Wendy and I were filling in to complete the show.... but with Doug and Avril into how about we all put one in that would give us 5 --- Cliff how about one from you and anyone know of two other people who might like to...??? - A true Club effort --- will be interesting...

Hi Margaret,

I have definite names and plans for exhibitors at the GVM and I rely on the written requests That I get so I always let the general membership know what opportunities are open and set a "By Date". When I get to the by date and still need names I have a list of backups that I notify right away. I do not have a written request from you and somehow do not have your name on the "backup list" but will put ir there if you want me to. I have exhibited several times and do not do so each time because I think it would be unfair for the monitor of this event to show all the time and not give each and every member an opportunity to do so. Sort of like a "conflict of intererst" if you would. I think that is the real true club effort - and I try to get as many people to participate as is possible.
