Viva Voice has approached the Photo Club through Bob Davidson looking for a photographer to create photos of two of the their rehearsals of an upcoming production.
April 5, Thursday pm rehearsal (7 - 9:15) Brian Tate, the composer of our newly commissioned piece, attending and conducting the rehearsal that night. They want to interview him and submit an article to the DW along with a photo, hopefully of him and the choir in rehearsal.

In January when we have our elections, I have proposed that we add the position of Vice President. The current system which expects the past president to assume the president's functions when the president is unavailable is not functional. The meeting of the Eclectic Visions participants will take place at 5:30 PM on May 10 at the Church of Latter Days Saints. This is the same night as our regular meeting. Bring your own food and drink and enjoy "dinner" as we talk. By having the meeting the same night, we are reducing our meeting evenings to one. This year the Salt Spring Photography Club’s premier photo show, Eclectic Visions, will be held at Art Spring 24 June through 7 July.
