The Victoria Camera Club has arranged a full day workshop on May 10th with well known Vancouver photographer Lilo Binakaj. http://lilophotodesign.ca



As the Victoria Camera Club has not reached its enrollment targets they would like to offer SS Photography Club members the opportunity to join them for a great day of learning. (Very kind of them!!)

The photo exhibit for the month of May will be by RAchel Page. We will be hanging the images on Wednesday, April 30, at 7:00 PM.I cannot be there this time so I am going to ask Bob Rogers and Doug Mc Millan if they will help Rachel with the hanging.

The SS Centre School is seeking donations of art valued at $100 or greater for their annual Art Lottery.

Donors receive: admission to the June event at the Art Barn, their bio and business cards are displayed at the event and a tax receipt for the donation.

Most of you remember Tom who moved late last year to Gabriola.  You will note that his show is in our events calendar.  In my opinion, his work was some of the best in Eclectic Visions each year.  His current work uses nature in both abstracts and humor.  I am posting these as a taste for your enjoyment.  Several members are considering a group trip to Gabriola.  Tom's show.
