camera battery

I am having problems with my Olympus camera and it might be a battery problem. Before I buy another one I was wondering if any member has the same battery so I could try it and verify if that's the problem.

It's a BLS - 50 but, according to 'Battery Canada' (where they cost only $35 instead of $100 at London Drugs) I can also use a CS-BLS5.

Just had a look at Ebay Canada and there are a bunch of them on there, some from China and some original. All different prices (I saw as low as $20 including shipping).
