Janet Dwyer Show and Sale
We have discussed with Janet her being part of our monthly education series. Hasn't happen yet. In the mean time, she is having a show at her studio.
PhotoScanography defined is using a ‘flatbed scanner as your camera’. Janet has been at the forefront of this technique for over a decade; winning international awards, her work was recently featured in BW and Color Magazine and UK’s Amateur Photographer.

Note the official site spelling of scannography, with two 'n's, as in scanner.
Janet and some others use the other spelling: scanography, as in scan.

Hi Everyone --- by all means if you can go see Janet's work... GO !!!!! Janet is my neighbour in the woods below, I just love her work. Her work is beautifully creative, the craftsmanship is meticulous, her compositions are surprising, delightful and intriging -- it is some of the best photoimage work on the island in my humble opinion..... She is also a professional photographer of some repute, so she would bring a wealth of information.... And she is nice lady too with a lovely studio to visit... Go have a look.... Enjoy.... MCB
