People -Victoria Harbor Water Walker
While staying at the Victoria Harbor RV Park we observed this "water walker" paddling by - first one way and then back. He never got more than 40 yards off shore but he did traverse the whole harbor.

They surf on these things, too, Cliff. I wonder if JC wore a wet suit and bermuda shorts?
