Seen from our friends window on Monday the activities of the smoking tenants of the non-smoking apartments of Vancouver -directly across from our sixth floor vantage point.

The man had just put his cigarettte down I kept the upper balcony for identification to show it was part of a apartment building in downtown.

The modern day pariahs. Cliff, can I suggest a crop to the top of their window? I find the upper balcony a bit distracting from that action below.
Love all the vertical lines in this.

I am glad that they left the window-door open so the smoke would be blown inside.
I remember my mom smoking in the garage. Did it stink in there!!
