Tides Out Observer
This much potographed "regular" looks the shallow shoreline over from a rock that is usually 3 feet under water. this gull was quite close and displaying such fine feathers for my 70-300 tele with the circular polarizer.

To us they may be regulars but to someone unfamiliar with them, they are beautiful birds, aren't they, Cliff?
