Corms on a dark rainy day
On this dark day, with not enough time to elaborate on the image - I was surprised I did not see it from anyone else. It is on a floating dock opposite Churchill cove and has been for some time - we have always had a small flock of them here but never the dock.

A racing scull with lots of rowers. Looks like a companionable group--I like the bits of sea between birds and dock.
