The money seems monumental - it's a beautiful shot Chris :)

Poor discarded and discontinued pennies have found an alternative job as photographer's models. Love what the photographer has done with them.

It has the feeling of being on the moon.  The pennies give it a earthly perspective.

Thanks, Doug

This is the top of a boulder on Baker Beach. A slight depression catches enough rain to make a tiny puddle until the wind and sun have their way.

Surface tension keeps two pennies loaded with water; you can also see the water climb up the stone at the point of focus.

I can't take credit for anything about this shot except that I noticed its potential on a cold and windy winter day.  Set on macro, the old Sony Cyber-shot did all the work.

The first shot of this subject included hints of the mussel farm equipment that took the mystery out of the frame.  For this shot I adjusted the camera position downward to put them below the near horizon.

Cheers to whomever dropped a penny into the puddle; you made my day.
