Just wanted to let everyone know that Chris Dixon, cabinet maker extraordinaire, has opened a framing shop - Blue Door Custom Framing. I'm sure his rates are very competitive, and I know from experience that he's a perfectionist when it comes to finishing. He's also a keen photographer :)
His phone number is 537-2840, and his studio's close to town, on Mansell Road.…

Hi Joanne,
Wonder of wonders - a black headed grosbeak has shown up here this morning. I thought they were just foothill birds. He came and stayed a bit browsing several of our feeders.
HI joanne,
Didn't want to pressure you - I am just exrending an open invitation to you to come anytime I am here and a phone call will just set that up.No rush - it is a photo-op here all the time. I just got a new lens for my bird and animal work so I will be photographing - as uaual - all thetime anyway. Get the gardens going - that is most important right now.
Hi Joan,
Any time you would like to come here to do some photoing I would be happy to accompany you. Just let me know so I can arrange to do it - I like to have company on shoots and there are vantage points from here that you cannot easily get to from the beach entrance. Jan is working in he studio, as a rule so we won't be interrupting anyone in any way - you can just drive in amd park in the area where you parked before and I will meet you there. Elena voiced a request to come here and do some shooting also so she might want to come too (that;s just a suggestion, if it suits you).
Joann - I got the evening swan shots quite some time ago. The baby cygnets are only that small i n the spring>
Thank you!
Thanks for you comment on the Nebraska Storm. It was quite an experience to be that close to so much power....I really like the light in your Evening Light - so lovely and warm! Great mood.
