For those who want to photography your or someone else's pet, there is an excellent article about David Sutton, pet photographer and his trade tricks in today's (Oct 24) Times Colonist section "C".
It is a reprint from the Chicago Tribune and I could not find a link available to anyone outside the USA.
Have fun.

If you have not dropped into the Roasting Company in awhile, I highly recommend it.
Doug McMillin puts together an excellent show on their monitor of the Club's work. Another of our club's efforts in sharing photography with the community. The show is interspaced with well designed slides promoting SS Coffee and the people who grow it.
Avril Kirby has another of her very fine shows. New work, old work, excellent photography.
Kudos to Doug, Avril and…

Lunch at a great pizzeria. A photo shoot outing. If you are interested, just post a comment that says: YES. Week day…

The SSI Chamber is in the process of purchasing four DVDs (in USB form) from the Club. They are purchasing one for each season.
It is their intent to go through the images to see if they want any of them for their Visitor's Guide. They print 50,000 copies of the guide for wide distribution.
