This is as it was shot.... and as I worked on the tweaking of the light and dark so that the "reserved" showed up well - the thought occurred that it might be a little bizarre and add a little fun

Very tricky, and I came to the same conclusion as Doug except that the wavy lines on the float tell me it is a reflection. A bit of creative PS-ing? A morning conundrum, anyhow, and one I'm enjoying for the photograph as well.
