No - this is Roy's favourite place just down the street towards the harbour on Fort between Blanshard and Government --- Pho Hoa - it's a chain that specialized in pho the Vietnamese soup and noodle dish...  The covered dish in front is not coffee beans -- it is chili's in oil -- really really hot and yummy    The coffee IS lethal --- but delicious  I had an Avacado Drink --- also really really good..    cheers..
