Yes, #2 looks as though it's been texturized.  It's got me wanting to do more night owl stuff, hasn't it you, Trudy?

The first one is the same but it is as is. I think the lights made the difference. The play ground was too dark. But Simon got a great one.

Iso 3200 S 1/15. I had to lighten this as it was too dark so grainy photo is what I got.
