Nikon 50mm, ISO 140, f/14, 1/160s

Found it difficult to get acceptable shots with only 6.5FPS, and to pan and focus with the 50mm prime. Probably would have been much easier with the 200-500, if I had the space to backup.

@Doug I do use AF-C, but at 6.5FPS there's only a frame or two usable composition wise with how I was shooting. (lens/angle/composition/speed)

As for the relatively low shutterspeed, I found higher speeds froze the foreground/background too much and didn't show movement.. Something I'd like to practice with and work on though.

Still give you a sense of speed.
