Thanks, Avril and Simon.  The aroma was totally intoxicating and filled the entire kitchen.  Since it was late enough that I had a natural black background and the moon was full I couldn't resist.  I shot it with my Galaxy S21 Ultra and tried to get the moon in clearer focus but there are limitations to phone photography - or at least limits to my understanding of the program :-)
