Pine Sisskind new behaviour I have never seen before. One bird lands on the top of a dandelion puff ball bringing it to the ground and then the rest come and feast on the misty like contents. They do this repeatedly until the stem is bare and then proceed to an adjoining puff ball. I have been photographing them annually and have never before witnessed this activity (they have probably been doing it for eons).
