Sometimes the shot comes close!
Sometimes you can get all you want. Here is detail and reflection, but the water I would really like was not there.
I am not a fan of introducing a substitute environment when I try to show just exactly what I saw.

The water goes with the softness of the heron--what a lucky shot to get even the detail of the loose feathers in the reflection.
