Yes handheld still. At 700mm without VR I'd want to be at around 1/1000s to allow cropping into a sharp image. With 4.5 stops of VR on the 200-500 I should be able to get a sharp image down to 1/60s, subject permitting.

I believe this shot was over 1/1000, as the background was very bright.
