This image transforms the ridge, all crispy-dry harsh angles and high contrast, in an almost magical way.  I've been up there so many times, in all seasons.  

It's never looked this good.

A water colour by a master. Love the softness, the way the islands behind materialize out of the sea, and the brush strokes in the sky.
