he's the only black and red rooster I've seen here thus far and there are LOTS and LOTS of themr running aruond everywhere. His human pointed out that he's a Fire Rooster ( cinders and flames - colours) and that we're in the Chinese astro year of the Fire Rooster.

As for leaning into the wind with feathers streaming, have only seen him sitting on the bike bars when parked, looking for Forest.
