I love the break every rule in this one.  We can see right away the focus/concentration all the more for everything included in the original.  (Doug, I'll see you outside).

Taken through Rock Salt's window? Wonderful picture of concentration in a small space and despite the distractions, and though I like Doug's crop, I'm not sure about the blur.
