Lovely one Cliff. If you wanted to play around with it you could even try just the reflection, maybe with a bit of leg, just for fun. There is so much you could do, but I do love it just like this.

Cliff, I love the sea and its reflections.

My taste would have called for higher shutter speed to get a crisper heron.

 

I just looked at the image with a crop (with a piece of paper over my screen).  Just the heron's shadow and sea.  I like it.  What do you think?
