Main advantage is not having to lug around/setup a tripod and ND filters- haven't compared enough shots to see if there would be any other benefit. I would think you would get sharper shots compared to a lighter tripod on a windy day, and cleaner shots compared to using lower end ND filters.

Is there an advantage to doing it this way, Colton? Clearer focus everywhere else? And which part of Goldstream park is this? Looks wonderful for dog walking. Nice one.
