Churchill cove winterbirds are arriving now and it will always be a photo-op. I will post more as they arrive.

Thanks Avril. There are two buoys of the same design here and I hope to get a shot of the  birds on each of them. I invite all interested persons to come to this beach - bring a chair and something to keep you warm - inside and out - and you will find a number of other photo targets also. Further out in the cove is some kind of channel marker with a broad base and there have been 15 to 20 of there birds gathered there at low tide at some times.

I poached your cormorant yesterday, Cliff (lightly--he was still soft inside). Came down your road and felt like I was stealing your territory by taking pics of what could have been this same bird, sunning his wings.
