News Flash
The little manzanita on Mt Maxwell (shown here) has gone. Just a stump left. I hadn't been up there for a long time so I'm not sure when this happened. RIP Manzanita - much loved and much missed.

Marshmallow Maxwell minus manzanita. I have photos of it, too--I'm sure most island photographers do. It stood out against the void so well.
