Belted kingfisher
One of the hardest birds for me to find and photo. They are very skittish and if you can get the camera up to your eye take the shot - it took over five years for me to get this and My vantage point was in my office which was among the trees.

I'll bet these guys are hard to get! This one is so alert, and he looks as if he just had a swim, too. Your bird photos are fabulous.
