Aperture priority mode, nothing done to it except for jpegging, some turned out dark, some light.

Exactly. Though now it looks like a back-tire-less Fit to me...

Thanks all. Doug--I didn't mind the horizon because the whole thing didn't feel so much like a photo of something real as a bright space surrounded by black. (but thanks for working on it)
