Welcome to the SaltSpring Photography Club! We are so pleased to have you as a member!

It is always mice to have another Canon  user join the Club!

Here is a bit of information about the Club - a lot of which you may already know but for your future reference; we meet monthly on the 2nd Wednesday of the month and it starts at 7 pm Our current meeting Location is Hart Bradly Hall at the Lions Club.  The meeting usually has a few minutes of club related issues followed by a short presentation on technical issues.  This is followed by a a critique session based on photos taken by club members on a theme decided upon at the previous months meeting. (This month’s Challenge is focuses on Still-Living Past (historic Salt Spring) or Whatever You Fancy submit a subject you are passionate about.)  We also have an informal weekly coffee gatherings at the Currently at Penny's Pantry at the Golf Course - 10am Monday mornings.

Feel free to post a blog, start a discussion on the forum or post images for critique.

In the interest of view-ability the club limits the posting of one photo per day. If you have a series of images, post the first one in photos and then place the others in Comments.

All photos posted to an album will also appear on the main page, so do add one image a day to your albums.

Thanks for joining and I hope that it proves useful to you.  Don't hesitate to ask questions - sharing our collective knowledge is one of our main reason for being. And also don't forget to wade in on the critique, and post your two-bits worth of commentary on others photos.

Membership dues come up for renewal annually in January and you will be notified in advance so that you can continue your membership. The dues are $30 for the full year and should be given to Pat Page, Club Treasurer.  She may be reached at: patssi@shaw.ca  or 537-5243
