Elehna--I have just recently got Elements 14 and found a starburst that you can apply to a photo to get it to burst outwards, sort of. And the swirling was done on another photo program with a manipulation called distort.

Duh . . . what do you mean by the star burst effect. D'you mean manual manipulation of zoom?

And swirl . . . swirling the camera?

Thanks, both of you, and it's a combination of 3 photos, one done with a star burst effect, 2 normal, exposure adjusted and lastly swirled.
