I went to a beautiful garden when I was in New Brunswick this July. They bring Ladybugs out every morning for the children to release them. They are kept in a fridge to put them to sleep. The sun soon warmed them up in the plastic bag.

Yes they eat aphids that is why they let them go in the rose garden.
The eat the aphids, don't they, Trudy? Very useful as well as pretty. Like the leg parade in #2.
I was given some too. One stayed with me in my top. I felt a crawly in the back of my neck when I reached back I didn't feel anything. Soon the Ladybug was stuck to the water on the outside of my glass. I took it outside. They are different than ours here.
