Evening at The English Inn
Look at the bottom, just left of middle, there are lights from an ambulance and the reflection on the road has only one head light but two yellow lights from the top of the vehicle.

Lovely, Trudy, and I like the black at the bottom being broken up by the little lights. I'll take your word for what they are--you could have told us they were fireflies or a candlelight procession of tall and small people.
