WOW imagin this find. I like the first one best with all you work added to it.

Can someone explain what burning is please?? I too like #2. I often find that after I play with an image and save it, when I go back to the original I like it better. Says something about me, I'm sure. But I do love the photo--such a spark on a wet day.

The leaves in the second image look redder than in the first one you've posted. I like the adjustment to the background and the redder leaves of the second. Really striking!

This particular tree is right next to the Lancer building - across from Jana's bake shop. The leaves are normally dark purple Like this...

and the overall fell is this...

Does Anyone know what the tree is?

It's a strange looking growth, and a really unusual colour too. There's a lot of strange budding going on in my garden right now, like fruit trees and rhodos, and I wonder if this tree is doing something like that...

I don't know the name of the tree but no - it is all reall and live and growing out of the trunk

Wow, what colour! I think I prefer the softness of the second image!
