This reminds me of a really terrific movie I saw the other night on PBS called Young@Heart, about a choir whose members are in their seventies and eighties, and their singing/life/friendship stories. They're people who are mostly pretty frail and full of spirit and light.

One of the women in the choir had recently had a bit of a brush with death, and they asked her jokingly if she'd 'seen the light' ---- she laughed too and said "I wouldn't look!"
