I agree that the rain drop is the main object and the leaf is just its vehicle, but I still feel the need for better depth of field. I do not have a macro lens and shot this using my zoom tele lens.

Beautiful Curt--the colours and the clarity of the drops. Reminds me somehow of a figure, I think a matador. It has the right stance.
