This was my dinner one night in New Brunswick this July. My hosts cooked these three pound lobsters and melted butter and that was all we had. Very filling.

May I recommend a white wine with that. Reds tend to be a little too tannic for the delicate lobster.

Who needs anything more than lobster, other than perhaps a shot of Screech? They're wearing boxing gloves.
