It is true that I used that effect.  I find it works only in certain situations.

Sorry, but it does not work for me here.  I am only one opinion.

Curt--I thought the first one reminded me somewhat of your Mexican prints, a little less colourful but with that same look about them.

Curt says:  I do not like the change of colors in the first photo.  In Corel, it is called "Local Tone Mapping" and I think it is overdone here.  The second photo highlights the title: "More Onions".

Avril's Fernwood show opening was one hot dog of a great time!!!  Yummy !

I think these are both great! Tilt, colour, smile, that sad hotdog (although Curt said it tasted good)...it all works.
