We have a winner. Pat Page. Montague Harbour Provincial Park. The photo looks north-west. This is Shell Beach on Galiano Island. Actual Montague Harbour is to the left out of sight on the other side of the land spit. The trees directly ahead are on Parker Island.
Pat has won a free trip to Shell Beach on a mutually agreed upon summer day.

I think Bob is close - it's the other side of the peninsula @ Montague. Montague Harbour is to the left out of sight over the landspit
