Thank you so much for your kind words and thoughts . I am keeping my emails short at this time simply because of the amount of detailed information that has to be processed and the limited  energy available. It has been a very demanding time for the family but, like the Phoenix, we are rising from the ashes .

 

We are presently living in temporary accommodation, which was generously made available to us on the night of the fire two weeks ago. For the past two weeks we have been  dealing with insurance adjusters, contractors and CRD engineers and looking for a longer term solution to our housing problem. The damage to the house is extensive and will not be repaired for another six months. We have located a long term rental and will be living in the North End on St Mary’s Lake until the house is rebuilt in the Spring of next year. I am hoping that my life will regain some degree of normalcy after we move into our new “home” next month.  

 

Please pass on my appreciation for the concern that has been expressed by the members of the photography club and I hope to rejoin them next month  .
