Curt - I don't think I would be comfortable summarizing this in writing, let alone in front of everyone!  It is quite complex, but it's clear and fairly precise as is.

Okay.  What about making copies of it to hand out at the meeting?  I think that all members should have it or at least know that it exists.  If you make the copies, I'll hand it out and do a two second presentation.
