This month's theme/challenges are “Underwater” and "Festive": one or the other or both (extra points given).

You do not need an underwater camera to take photos under water; you can shoot through a window as at an aquarium or put you camera in some waterproof structure like a big large-mouth glass jar. In the case of festive, I think first of celebration of light, which is hard to find at the solstice, which is when we meet.
