Ah, that's the reason for the empty lots--they were PS'ed. And you're right, it is an architect's uncluttered idea rather than the living, breathing, functional building.

The dish is there in gleaming stainless - no theory about the towel rack, except maybe to hang banners or art pieces from?  I did shop out two cars in the back lot, two or three people and some fluorescent orange stanchions with ropes that cluttered the stairs.  I'll try again with a tripod when the last railings are installed.

To me the image looks more like an "artist's rendition" than the real thing.

Fait accompli. And no cars to mar the view. It has more the look of a beehive than an anchovy, I think.
