13 shot Panorama stitched together in Lightroom, sharpening in Photoshop using High Pass Filter, Nikon D800e, 90mm, Manual Exposure of 1/15th @ f-16, ISO 400, tripod. This is actually a very monochrome colour image but I think it's close enough for B&W???
