Spectacular view earlier this afternoon. Under the clouds the sun was shining at the majestic mountains behind the Vancouver skyline. Taken from Wilkie Way.

Thanks Anna for posting! It is an identical image only from the bottom. I have used my filters to get the rich colours.

Although not as good/dramatic a photo as yours Jana, I also photographed these mountains yesterday, from the water.

What I mistook for strange white clouds turned out to be disembodied mountains, viewed full size. What detail you got in them, and great distinctive layers.
