Larry--The railing stitches the two halves together with the white in the black and vice versa. Leads my eye out of the picture, makes me think of journeys that did not go exactly as planned, despite being black and white.

Comment by Larry Citra on November 13, 2016 at 8:57pm: 5 shot HDR, 1 stop between shots, processed in Photomatix Pro then Nik Silver efex Pro 2. The dynamic range was too great from the almost dark interior to the bright sun rays for 1 exposure.

1/250th of a second @ f-11, ISO 800. Nikon 28-300mm lens @ 48mm, Nikon D800e and a tripod of course!
