I have written before about some problems with comments. From time to time, when a member try to add a comment, for instance to a photo, the comment disappears when you click the "Add a comment" button. Mostly, it works fine, but not always. It seems to be a problem with the Ning Word Processor. You make it work again by reloading it.

Here is a piece of advice from Doug. In other worlds, if you want to add text, save the text before clicking "Add comment", so that you don't have to write it once again. Go back to the Main page and then return to the stuff you want to comment on.

If you have recurring problems, check that you have the latest version of the Internet browser (like Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari or whatever) installed on your computer.
