Salt Spring Photo Club Minutes September 13th, 2017

Wendy welcomes members present and new member Karen Olender Kipnis

Wendy thanks all members for support for her and Bob in the last few months.

Bob's uncle has visited and taken some of Bob's belongings back with him. The rest of his stuff will be sold and a bench will be purchased and placed on the dock where the float planes come in, near the new covered waiting room.

Doug McMillin's 'Street Photo Options' are up at Country Grocer

'Life in the Streets'  at Gallery 8 featuring Curt Firestone and Bob Fenske up until September 15th.

Start thinking about January Lobby show at Art Spring.  Photographers choice.  More info to come regarding amount of photos from each member.

Margaret C. Benmore's 'Photography Treasure Hunt' exercise was this month's 'Guest Speaker'

moderated by Avril.

Good exercise, lots of discussion and interesting photography.
