Late reminder that tomorrow night at 7 PM we will be taking down our January exhibit in th Deli at GVM.

At the same time I want to encourage all members to get ready to give me their name for the hanging in March. I have received no requests at this time but it is time to be thinking about it. 

Our hanging schedule for the Deli in GVM in 2105 is as follows:

January, March, May, July, September. November.

Last year we kept it to one person exhibits but before that we always asked for multiple photographers to participate and in that way more of our members would get a Chance to participate. We have spots for about 6 or 8 images and I would ask that interested persons contact me to arrange their showing. The way I would have to arrange it would be to select the first…

Just a reminder the at 7:00 PM on Sunday, November 30,  we will be taking down Margaret Benmore's exhibition at the Deli at GVM.

The November hanging for our club will be held un the Deli at GVM on Friday, Oct. 31 at 7PM. Dpoug and Avil willbe ahnging for Margaret who is traversing the universe again.

On Tuesday, Sept. 30 next week we will be taking down our exhibition in the Deli at GVM  at 7:00 PM.

Our next artist to hang their images in The Deli at GVM is Judy McPhee. We will be there at 7:00 PM on Sunday, August 31 ,2014. 

Hopefully I will be able to get a volunteer to assist - volunteers are always welcome!

The take down of our July hanging will occur on Wednesday, July 30, 2104 at 7 PM instead of the regular  month end routine we have been used to. In this way we are accommodating our own members and the other group for and their respective upcoming holiday weekend plans.

The photo exhibit for the month of May will be by RAchel Page. We will be hanging the images on Wednesday, April 30, at 7:00 PM.I cannot be there this time so I am going to ask Bob Rogers and Doug Mc Millan if they will help Rachel with the hanging. 

A reminder that the take down process for the GVM Deli for our March Exhibitors-(Wendy and Chris) is scheduled to be at 7PM on Monday, March 31, 2014.

Because of a special request from the Artist Guild whose ehxibit is hanging now at the GVM Deli, we are moving our initial hanging date from January 2 to January 3. I will notify Bob Rogers also.

January is the first month of our 2014 Deli schedule. The schedule will be posted soon, I think but we DO need candidates to hang their images. Please let me know as soon as possible - they have requested that we provide the names of the photograper(s) that are hanging each time in advance of the event so I would need to have time to get that information and get it to them.

I posted a blog in September about the November show - but to remind our mermbers - Sylvia Beech had requested a one woman show in that month and we will be hanging her show at 7:00 PM on Thursday October 31 (Halloween) - and Doug has volunteered to assist.

Sylvia Beech has requested to do a "one woman" show at the Deli in November, so now that month is taken. We will be hanging it on October 31, 2013 at 7PM 

I have been in touch with Gregor and we are all set. Thank you so much for the help I got from the blog responders.

Just kind of a final reminder that we will be hanging the show at 7:00 PM Saturday (Aug. 31), I need a little help though because I have tried to contact Gregor Alan who is doing the one man show and I have not gotten any response from the e-mails I have sent. Can someone help me get in touch with him please?
